Terms of Service

CyberPull is a job board. We read the public careers pages and applicant tracking systems of companies hiring in India, identify cybersecurity roles, and list them in one place with a link to the employer's own application page.

We are not a recruiter, a staffing agency, or an agent of any employer. We do not accept applications, forward CVs, or take any part in hiring. Every application you make goes directly to the company, on their own site.

Job listings are published by the companies themselves. We reproduce factual details and link to the source. We do not verify the accuracy of any posting and we do not control when a company edits or withdraws one.

• A role may be filled, paused or withdrawn before you apply.
• Salary, location and experience details are the employer's, not ours.
• Roles are classified automatically, so a listing may occasionally be miscategorised.
• We make no promise that you will receive a response, an interview, or an offer.

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. One account is for one person; do not share your login or resell access.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. The service is intended for people seeking employment in India.

A free account can read every role on the board that opened more than 7 days ago, along with search, filters and market statistics.

A Pro subscription costs ₹250 per month and adds two things: roles from the most recent 7 days, and alerts delivered to your email and, if you provide a number, WhatsApp. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change for new subscribers, but the rate you subscribe at continues for as long as your subscription stays active.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

A Pro subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation, refunds and failed payments are covered in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy listings from CyberPull, or republish them elsewhere.
• Share, resell or sublicense your access, including sharing paid content with others.
• Attempt to bypass the paid window or any access control.
• Interfere with the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages to employers or other users.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first and give you a chance to stop.

We aim to keep the service running and the board fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the paid service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for.

The CyberPull name, design, code and the way we organise and classify listings belong to [ADD LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. The listings themselves remain the property of the companies that published them. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities, missed applications, or decisions you make based on a listing.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using CyberPull at any time. Cancel a subscription from the pricing page, and write to us at smolcat1412@gmail.com if you want your account and data deleted. Deletion is covered in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces what you get from a paid subscription, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [ADD CITY].
