Terms of Service

CyberPull is a job board. We read the public careers pages and applicant tracking systems of companies hiring in India, identify cybersecurity roles, and list them in one place with a link to the employer's own application page.

We are not a recruiter, a staffing agency, or an agent of any employer. We do not accept applications, forward CVs, or take any part in hiring. Every application you make goes directly to the company, on their own site.

Job listings are published by the companies themselves. We reproduce factual details and link to the source. We do not verify the accuracy of any posting and we do not control when a company edits or withdraws one.

• A role may be filled, paused or withdrawn before you apply.
• Salary, location and experience details are the employer's, not ours.
• Roles are classified automatically, so a listing may occasionally be miscategorised.
• We make no promise that you will receive a response, an interview, or an offer.

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure. One account is for one person; do not share your login or resell access.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. The service is intended for people seeking employment in India.

Nothing. An account reads every role on the board, new and old, with search, filters, market statistics and Telegram alerts included. There is no paid tier, no trial that becomes a charge, and no payment detail of yours held anywhere.

A signed-out visitor sees a limited preview of the board. Signing in is free and removes that limit.

You may send a voluntary contribution by UPI towards the running costs. It is a gift, not a purchase. It buys no feature, unlocks nothing and creates no obligation on either side, and we hold no card, mandate or bank detail of yours as a result.

Send one only if you want to and only what you are comfortable giving. Nobody who does not contribute loses anything, because there is nothing to lose access to.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy listings from CyberPull, or republish them elsewhere.
• Share, resell or sublicense your access.
• Interfere with the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages to employers or other users.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first and give you a chance to stop.

We aim to keep the service running and the board fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and because the service is free we do so without owing you anything. If we shut it down we will say so on the site first.

The CyberPull name, design, code and the way we organise and classify listings belong to CyberPull. The listings themselves remain the property of the companies that published them. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities, missed applications, or decisions you make based on a listing.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to one thousand rupees, the service being free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using CyberPull at any time; there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account and the data behind it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces what an account gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
